What will this be like
I ran between 30-40 mile/week before I was pregnant and ran until about 12 weeks (more like 10-20 as I was REALLY sick until 14 weeks) but I just stopped. Now I miss it and want to start up again. Can I just plan on walk/running a few miles a few times a week or will my body completely rebel now that I have been sans exercise for two months?
Just keep your effort in the "moderately hard" category of perceived exertion, watch for symptoms of overtraining, eat and hydrate appropriately, and go for it. Join us on the Preggo threads.
