Wednesday I planned to go out with friends in the evening so I did 25 minutes of light cardio DVD with light hand weights. It felt good after Tuesday’s long, hard workout.
Today should be a track run. If weather gets dicey, I’ll run at home on the TM. Wind is already sounding ferocious. We dropped from yesterday’s 65° to 30° right now.
