      I'm thinking a short easy run this morning before I drive over to Houston this afternoon. One of us has to meet the movers at 8 am tomorrow at our storage unit and I volunteered to do it (because then I get to sleep in a hotel with a real bed!).

       

      Yesterday I had 16 with 10 MP on the schedule. I cut mileage short most of the week with getting into the house, then ran hard at my 5k Saturday, so knew I'd cut the run short, just not sure how short. I ended up with 12 total, 8 at MP. My legs were feeling like jello doing MP miles on these hills. Plus I'm training for flat, so my GAP pace on Strava says I was actually going a good bit faster than I should have been. Oops. But that does help explain why my legs were toast after 12 miles.

       

      I don't remember what was posted yesterday. After the run, then starting to paint the garage floor, I was done.
