    Well at 1 it's going to be 91 feels like 97 with only 57% humidity.  I am only doing 45 minutes. I wear a hat, sunblock, nuun, long sleeve tec but my little running route has some shade so it's really not all that bad. Ill be careful though!!

      I really have NOT figured out how to pack lunches that support running this much. I brought a quinoa bean salad thing that I made, thinking it was super hearty etc. Well I should have packed twice as much! it's like 250 calories.

        Sass- Oh no! I hate when I do that, pack a super healthy lunch and it isn't enough food. Then I end up getting junk! Enjoy your well earned rest tomorrow! Smile

         

        Meli- Sounds like you've got it handled! I just can't imagine even SITTING outside in that heat, much less running in it! Haha! Lived on the cold north coast for too long, I guess.

         

        Just did 4.5 easy miles. Well they were slow, but not easy. My legs are still not recovered from track Tuesday!
