spike - if you saw the details of my workout, it was 5 million push presses and squats (front/back/bodyweight). Last set of push presses was AMRAP and we had to say out loud our score of how many squats total, people were busting out tons, but I kept it slow and controlled and didn't do as many but I will NOT be sucked into pushing myself too much! my squats were embarrassingly light though - 45 pounds.

My SI flared up after I did that PR squat set at 95 lbs, so I'm going to back it down in the 60-80 range for a while. Suprisingly, the only time my SI actually doesn't hurt at all is while running, which is new.
