5 yesterday and 10 today. Still windy. I hope we're getting all the wind out of the way, I have a half 4/15 and I would prefer not to deal with it.

Margaret- why is it that I too am drawn to the race that advertises a section named “the gauntlet”?? I love the SOB name but was worried about the cutoff no matter what the rd says when they list a cutoff time. Let’s see if we can find review of the two elk races. (Oct and July) and the SOB to compare.

Always worried about cutoff times also, even though the previous years have times slower than what I expect to run.
Let me know what you two decide about Oregon. I have Crater Lake on August 11th but as you know I'm not averse to repeating states. (Ahem, Damaris, just because you have Michigan doesn't mean never doing one in Michigan again...)
