I'm here! The "impending demise" made me realize how much I miss reading what you ladies are up to every day, so I'm going to try to be better about reading and posting.
45 minutes in the pool for me today. My hip has decided to cause me trouble again, so I'm taking some time off from running and doing the things my PT/RB suggested to try to rehab it.

I just found the Runners World forums today, and then realized they are closing! So I've followed you all here. I'm Lauren, a new runner working my way through the C25K program. I just finished week 5, so I'm hesitant to describe myself as a “runner” yet, but I'll get there!
