Bermy- while I'm in my storage unit, do you want any clothing patterns- dresses, skirts, shirts? I'd be happy to send you some of those as well- I bought a ton when I was in college and would hit the 99 cent sales. Some are used but most are new.

CA - thanks for the ST schedule notes. I think zorbs is right (I know she is right). I am going to get some PT from a runner and add that in. I ST'd a lot in the past and heavy too (not zorbs heavy, but heavy) and love it. I just forgot about it somehow in the move.

Spike - I would love love love patterns - anything simple and contemporary would be great. I can copy onto tissue paper and send you back!

Bermy- no need, keep them. I pretty much never make clothes, actually. If I sew, its a crafty project or hemming pants.

Bermy - I'll look through my patterns also... and bring anything I don't use with me to Vancouver in August.  I never sew any clothes or anything like that but I think I still have a few patterns.  Good plan with the PT, it's also good motivation to be regular with it until it becomes habit.

CA/Spike - you two are fab. Thanks chicks! i just need a hobby that makes me use my hands in nap and evenings that requires I must be sat down otherwise my running legs will be toast! I think running and sewing make a superb combo.

Hey Bermy  - I'm reading through Hal Higdon's plans, am going to look at the Run like a Mother plans (I think someone wrote this all down on FB at one time, but I couldn't find it last night) and am thinking about buying this book by Brad Hanson. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0767928229/ref=s9_simh_gw_p14_d0_i1?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-4&pf_rd_r=1SAJEKJZBY8CPMX08WXB&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=470939031&pf_rd_i=507846

I think you asked what should I wear at one point and I never answered: I wear Mizuno Wave Riders, probably on my 10th pair

dexy - I have that book!  Haven't read it in years though.  Maybe I should look there for a 1/2 plan!

dexy - that's the one my bermycoach swears by. I am going to do the level 3 half plan for seawheeze with some adaptations. He is a great writer and a great coach! I like that it is about taking charge of your own running and being more autonomous and independent. I need that. Let me know how you get on!
