    RR - 8K
ER - 20K bike. The gears aren't shifting as quickly as they were all of a sudden, maybe the cables have stretched? Will try to take it in.
KR - said 3 strange things in a short period of time.
    1) we were heading to the lift bridge to watch the ding dings (rail crossing arms with the lights), and he said right when we were pulling out of the driveway, "I can hear the ding dings!" (bridge is 5K away)
    2) drove past a random apartment building on the way there, and he insisted, "we used to live there!"
    3) walked around on the beach before heading to the bridge and "I see a boat over there!" (no boats anywhere in sight)
    Good imagination or delusional?
    FR - cauliflower mac

RR: 3.5 miles. DH will start work at 6 am starting next week, so its time to decide how committed I am to morning running and avoiding the treadmill. I'm already getting up at 4:40 am to run now (I don't get out the door until 5:15), but I will need to be out the door at 4:45 if I'm going to make it work. Hmmmm.

TR: Woke up a bunch last night. Climbed into our bed and started thrashing, so I relocated him to the floor. We keep a big blanket under the bed that we pull out for him and set him up with a pillow sham.

FR: Last night was leftovers. Tonight is something with ground beef. Porcupine meatballs sound really good, need to see a way to do it GF since I usually use Campbell's tomato soup which contains flour. I tried it once with some fancy organic GF tomato soup but it didn't taste right.

NRR: Watching my friend's two kids tonight to get them out of their hair while DH helps them move.

NRR2: OB appt was good, and Dr. didn't mention my previous visit. I got asked if I was taking prenatals a million times, Dr ordered me to keep running and said its "great for you and the baby", Ok'd my backpacking trip, was told to shoot for a weight gain of 25 lbs since I'm starting out heavier this time, and he said he's not going to do a U/S until 20 weeks.

zorbs- R freaked out in the car and swore there was a beetle in his shoe. I'm pretty sure it was just a figment of his imagination. He's always telling me the weirdest made up stuff. How are you doing with your appts with the doctor and the SW? Feeling better with your anxiety and stuff?

That's the one I tried and didn't like. Too sweet.

do you have a brand called Imagine? I get that one and Pacfic mixed up b/c they're both in the health food section and both come in the tetra.  They also have a tomato that's pretty good.

zorbs- I have seen imagine, I think I can't eat their stuff because of nut contamination- I think they are the ones with a sweet potato/cashew soup. I might have it mixed up but I think that's right. I just found a recipe on www.food.com that I will use- just requires tomato paste, water/milk, and seasonings.
