5 k normally the most complicated race for me. Always start it too slow and burn out on last mile. Consider, that past 3 months was preparing for marathon, didn’t wait for good result. From start stick with Ryan Hayes from Shamrock running club, and he gave me the right comfortable pace up to last half mile of the race. Then I felt strong enough to push a little bit more and to finish strong. Happy with weather, happy with how my body took this race. Big PR by 36 seconds. Way to go!
