Nice 2.5 miler with a few 1-1:30 m runs thrown in. According to Mr. Garmin I did .8 of a mile ~13 m/m. When I threw runs into my last walk, I did .5 ~13 m/m. I am anxious to see how the foot likes this. It has felt so good all weekend that I knew it would be hard to hold it back today. My secret weapon....go out right after breakfast. Tummy won't support much running that way.
I went up cap hill and "ran into" the cap hill classic underway. I was wishing.....
