Notes

77F 76% humidity, spitting rain. First exercise since the hip went wonky on Tuesday. Did some running in thre and it all felt good.

Splits: 15:05, 13:48, 14:18, 14:44, and the last little bit was 12:35.

Mr Garmin tells me that I did 2.79 miles at 15:16 m/m and 1.32 miles at 12:38 m/m.

I ran varied times. Started by walking at least 10 min, then run 90 sec. Then would walk some, run some, varying walking/running from 5 min walk to 5 min run. Never very fast and always stopped if I got tired. I feel like I could go out and do some more.

This is good. PT appt on Tuesday...will tell him about the hip going wonky.
