Notes

An easy run that felt really good. Started by walking the first mile and then picked up the pace a bit for the next couple of miles. Wanted to keep it slow, slow slow to see if the foot responded better to that.

Splits: 14:02, 12:29, 13:55, 12:50 and that last .5 in 14:41.

I knew I was going to "fast" on the 2nd mile, as I wanted to keep the pace to just barely above a walk. So, I really slowed it down some.

Hoping the foot doesn't bark at me.

I was going to skip the running this weekend...and just do the pool. But decided to try it at a slower pace and see how it felt.
