84% humidity...welcome to summer.
Tried something new today. Walked slower than usual 16-16:30 m/m, but threw in some 90 sec runs after 18 min of walking. Every 5 min or so I would run for 90 sec. That seems to work fine. I did not check to see how fast I was running, as I knew Mr. Garmin would tell me.
splits: 16:01, 15:02, 14:17, and 15:25
pace: 16:08 for 3 miles;11:05 for .9 miles
