heel is a bit cranky so took it easy. will take Sunday off from running and see if that helps. Target was a 14 m/m...right on target. That is so nice.

did 30 min of swimming, 10 whirlpool, 7ish cold plunge and 10ish in the steam room. I love these workouts.
