Week 2/step 3/2nd set: 5 min wu/cd with 6x3:30 walk/1:30 walk. Knee had me concerned on Friday..but felt great on this workout. Ice. We shall see what the knee says tomorrow. So close...I hope it is just some phantom niggles....if all goes well, will start step 4 on Monday :-)
