7:07 (1:47), 7:10 (2;10), 7:25 (1:56), 7:09. The third interval was on the street and was actually a little over a mile.

Nice cold day, good for interval running. I ran the 1600's too fast for my fitness. Probably should have been about 7:35/mile.
