20min at 150HR. Allowed HR to ramp up slowly so as not to overshoot early (like I did last workout).

Started at the bikepath head at 237/Zanker and ran for 20 mins at 150. For the segment getting to McCarthy Ranch there was a sidewind blowing North to South (8 minutes) then from McCarthy to the end of The Strip the wind was brisk headwind. So that probably reflected in the pace at 150.
