Ran at 150 HR. I feel like I could have gone faster but probably not! This was a good one as I thought I'd be doing well to run 41:30 or so. Never looked at pace, just made sure to keep HR at 150 (except for the end where I let it start to creep up a little). I think the 3200 and 1600m repeats are having an effect.
Ran with George and Duane. Duane was always 10m ahead of George and I and on College to the finish I was able to kick away from George.
