Estimate on the weight. Really didn't do myself any favors at the training table this past week :(
Mile splits are per mile markers (not Garmin autolaps).
Race actually was pretty good. I held back on mile 1 and then started to try to hit 6:20 or so pace. Felt really good until after the turnaround - then the wind was in your face. Really struggled by the end of mile 8 but I was able to keep some semblance of pace. After 11 the wind was not a factor. Not bad considering the middle miles. I was happy to have been strong enough to bring the pace back down for the last mile.
