Today's Kathy and my 18th wedding anniversary and the 1 year to the day anniversary of my heart attack. We went up to the trail where I had the heart attack and did a very tough hike to get there. Bout 7 miles roundtrip but a whole lot of climbing. It's the first time I'd been back there since then. I was mountain biking the trail when it happened. Glad to be alive!
