Was supposed to be 2X3200 with 400 jog recovery but the wind was brutal on the Strip today. The 2mile on the way out to Dixon Landing was at our back while on the way back it was in our faces. Decided to break it into 2 1600m intervals instead. So 3200 out, 2X1600 back with 200 jog recovery
