Pretty decent run despite having a flare-up of sciatica in my right hip. Very, very tender to the touch. I passed a lot of people on this run. Kristina passed me almost at the start of my leg and she put a whole lot of time on me the first half of the course, which is downhill. I just let her go hoping she'd pay for that fast start when it was time to go back up. Sure enough she drifted back to me on the uphill part of the loop and I was able to pass her in the last .25 mile and hold her off by a few seconds on the sprint to the finish. That was a good result because she can really move at the end of a race.
