Notes
Rain was heavy throughout this workout. I couldn't bear jogging over to the Strip so I drove the car over and parked at the start. Did a very short warmup with a couple pickups then started the w/o.
6X1000 at 5K pace (I hope) then 6X100.

The thousands didn't feel very difficult which is good, probably ran them at the right effort. I miscounted them, I was supposed to run 5X1000 but lost count and when it was all said and done got in 6! I'll take that.
