Notes
Not many people out there today. Norry and Dino ran but are injured so were not in the mix. I ran with Sheldon and a new guy named Duane up until we got to Chester. Sheldon took off (at that point he knew the way home) and Duane kinda tailed behind him. They both added lots of time on me on the run up Allendale. Once we turned onto Fruitvale I started getting closer to Duane. He was slowing down, I wasn't speeding up. At the end, Sheldon was first by a good bit and Duane second but I think I was no more than 4 or 5 seconds back. This was a good effort today. Didn't feel my best with all the miles on my legs lately but not really bad either.
