I lined up on the 2nd row to make sure I didn't go out too fast and it worked because I was way back even close to the end of lap 1. I started passing some people duriing lap 1 and on lap 2 I passed a group consisting of Aaron, Dino and Kristina. Blew by them but wasn't sure if any of them latched on as I passed. The third lap I was coming up on Scott Bang and started to pass him at the start of the last .lap but I guess his pride kicked in cuz he wouldn't let me by and sped up. Cool .... I could chase Scott. Around the last curve I could hear breathing coming up behind me but I didn't know who it was. The sun came out and around that last curve I started seeing the shadow of who it was ... could see a perons with a pony tail! It was the Pony-tailed Assassin (Kristina)! She pulled even as we came out of the curve and for a second I sped up to try to hold her off but just couldn't do it. She beat me by a second or two. So many races on the track that final curve I can see her ponytail shadow coming up on me. Sometimes I beat her sometimes she beats me but it's always a fun challenge.
