Didn't feel too sick but still have way too much congestion. Felt (and heard) it in my lungs going up the hill. Like a gravely noise as I'd breathe in. Cleared for the most part on the loop through the neighborhood though. Probably shouldnt have raced this today. Phlegm is still greenish in color.
