Hot as heck out today (had a couple weeks of nice cool weather which I'd gotten used to).
Still feel that ankle a little. I feel discomfort on toe-off so I chopped my stride down a little to avoid going too deeply into the toe-off phase. Definitely helped a lot and the run was good. My ankle feels just like it did before the run so not bad. Might try to jog another 3 tonight to see if the ankle feels worse from this afternoon's run.
