Ran a light workout today as I have the DSF course race on Saturday. This will be the 3rd time I've done this course in a week! Last Wednesday as a tempo (18:42) then Saturday as a race (17:44) then this Saturday again as a race. I should be able to improve by a second or two on last week's time.
