Ran this one with Alan F. and Jim H. Alan and I lined up next to each other at the front. Gun goes off and Alan takes off like he's shot out of a rocket! Within 300 yards he had opened up a gap of about 20 yards - there was no way I was gonna go out at that pace. I just ran my race but that gap stayed the same more or less the whole race. Great race for all of us I think.
