Felt hot and humid today. Didn't think I'd get through it but it wasn't 100% terrrible. Really tried to get to 7:10 since it felt hard last week. Finished the last one hard which is why it was back to 7:01. I felt no urge at all to do even 3X200 afterwards. Maybe next time when the weather is hopefully cooler and less humid.
