2x2min,2:30,3min,2:30 pick-ups with 4min recoveries. A pretty easy effort but it felt really good. I felt for the first time that I'm starting to get back into decent shape for the first time since I started running. This week is going well and I'm on pace for an almost-respectable mileage week.
