Just another easy run. I am planning to move the hills to tomorrow and the workout to Monday so that I can get to the gym, get a one-month membership (getting ripped-off in the process) and then do the workout then.
Today I had probably the scariest encounter with a dog in my running career. Less than a week after that runner killed the dog who attacked him, this German Shepherd runs down his driveway barking and growling. He came right up to me but fortunately backed down after a second or two. There wasn't anything to grab, but in that moment I was as ready as one can be to keep myself safe.
