From now on, I am going to cut down on the trash-talking. It got me into a bit of trouble this time; I said I thought I could run sub-60 but when I stood up I didn't think it was going to happen. In any case, I started off in my trainers which are flats, but not spikes, and by feel I would have said I had come through in 29-high or 30 low and then I just fought through the final 200 and when I finished I would have guessed 61-63 seconds. Again, I think this shows that I'm pretty strong and that if I get some speed I'll be dangerous.
By the way, I am just kidding about trash-talking. I'm going to keep it up, because it's fun.
Last but not least, I'm a rocket scientist.
