Notes

Intent was to do 15 minutes easy, then do 10 strides and then do 15 minutes easy. I ran out to the East Coast Greenway and then wiped out on the last remaining piece of ice after two days of 50+ degree weather on the 4th stride. I "walked it off" for a bit and then jogged back. Took some time to get the bleeding to stop enough to put my work clothes back on.
