Notes

Same run as yesterday in roughly the same time. I timed my ascent up Elbow Hill and ended up with 3:04.3 for 0.21 miles (13:37/mi average). I just kept powering up the hill and I must have run pretty well for the rest of the run.

I feel pretty good about this solid week 1 of training, with 7 days of running and 5 days of strength work. I'll have to keep this kind of consistency up and I'll be pretty strong come spring.
