This run told me about that I am reacting to the recent training as I would expect: I am experiencing fatigue and therefore can't run quite as quickly as I would like. I don't mind because the point of the exercise is not to run fast now. I'm looking forward to more tempo runs and I won't have any trouble predicting that after maybe one more tempo over 6:00/mile, I will be back under for good, even with increasing workload.
