Not a huge PR (0.05s) but I was happy with it. I ran well, and this is the first time I've put two legit times together during a season. 800 splits were 2:11/2:09, so I know that I still have good strength to build on. I kicked for a 31 final 200, which is unusual; I try to kick but usually can't put together anything faster than the lap before. Only one 33, the rest were 31-32 high. I need to work on the middle 800.
Now I feel like a legitimate runner. Two good times in one season, one in a post-season meet. I am going to perform at ECAC's and then it's on to XC training.
