Why do I run: Fitness benefits, plus the self esteem boost I get when people tell me I look great or marvel that I am a marathoner. Runners aren't bad company, either! |
Why I started running: I started to encourage someone else to stick with a training program for a Half. The other person dropped out, I did a different Half on about 5 months training, and I was hooked! |
