Solo 5k time trial at Niwot's track. Steady headwind on the backstretch. Kinda chilly too. Felt pretty good aerobically and this did not feel as hard as the 5k 3 weeks ago at centennial so that is good progress. Ran much more even splits, 1600s were 6:01-6:04-5:59-38
Happy with it, Tinman says 18:02 at sea-level... Getting close
