Why do I run: To see how well I'm doing compared to my last run, and because I start feeling like crap when I don't run! |
Why I started running: Literally because I felt the urge to run. I would take a 2.3 mile walk several times a week to maintain a bare minimum fitness level. Sometimes I would feel like running. Eventually I did, just 100-200 yards at a time, and built up from there. |
