I run and lift. I prefer running outside in nice weather, but if the weather is bad I'll use a treadmill. I own various home gym equipment including a multigym.
|Why do I run:
I enjoy running and the way I feel afterwards, and sometimes during. I stick to a schedule to ensure I don't fall behind. Through my life this schedule has ranged from every day to once a week or less, and is currently about every other day.

I started running as a young teen as a way to maintain health and fitness. I've run regularly since.
