Notes
Although the shortest in distance, this was one of the biggest races on my season calendar. And having a week now to think about it, it was not all that bad.
The result does leave me wanting more, but that is okay. It is a feeling I will remember the next time I race this distance.
I do believe I can run closer to 5 minutes than 23 seconds but alas; until you do it, you have not done it, so my mile PR is what it is. Or as I like to say in the real world; it ain't what it ain't.
