4 E + 5 x 2 GMP
With 12 weeks of stupid in my rearview mirror, this was my first run of the specificity phase. GMP is 7:15, which I ran for zero splits. I am okay with that however as I am still feeling the effects of all the prior nonsense I've done. I suspect the further I get removed from it all, the easier GMP will be. I am 4 weeks from race day and I feel good about where I am.
