The above splits are from Strava. The Garmin splits were lapped at each mile marker and were all over the place.
As for the race, I just wasn't able to get to a point where I could get into a flow. I planned on a negative split but as it turned out ran the first half too slow. It didn't help that the lapped splits weren't true.
All in all, it wasn't my worst race ever and could be argued that it was my best executed marathon. That's of little consolation but beats not running your goal time and sucking at it too.
