COMMENTS: Chilly but calm. Odd, dull pain in left thigh during first 3/4 mile until warmed up, then mostly OK. Otherwise felt pretty good. Up and down stairs, stop and go. Lots of exhaust and dust. Pretty ugly. Nice pace at end.
