COMMENTS: Wonderful morning - shorts and t-shirt. 2x1.5 miles. First rep in 9:42, steady 6:28 pace. Second rep, alternated pace: 1:38, 1:30, 1:40, 1:29, 1:41, 1:23 for 9:21 and 6:14 overall pace. Felt very strong overall. Could have pushed more, but solid workout. 1 mile warm, 400m between (walk/run) and 3/4 mile cool.
