COMMENTS: Decent race, Finished 16th overall and 3rd in age. Splits: 6:00, 6:27, 6:19, 6:09. Held pace well in middle, though 2nd split may have been off. Worked with hips better last two miles. Met Jeff (Air Products) and Ed (Rodale). Also, saw Al, Mike Bobyak's co-worker.
