COMMENTS: Wonderful morning. Still air; cool, not too humid. Effortless running. Did first lap in 40:27, second in 37:34 with Glenn. Odd acute left knee pain at about mile 4. Went away after 20-30 steps, but had to watch for jarring motion. Felt odd during day, but not painful. Rt groin a bit stiff and sore, but better than Thursday.
