TEMPERATURE: 30-45
COMMENTS: 2 x LP 5.3 loop, then encountered Greg and ran with him. First loop in 41.26, second in 39.32 (7:28 pace) Runner's high for much of run. Leaves looked like confetti. Overwhelming joy. No wind. Perfect for running. Slight tightness in left calf. but cleared. Knees a little sore, but nothing major. Will rest on Sunday.
